Hiking in Banner

On some weekend mornings, my son and I will go out for breakfast and a little adventure. On this particular day, we decided to go for a short hike in a forest not too far from where we live. Due to the threat of rain, we had the woods almost to ourselves. My son, though, made up a story about how tribes of wild Corgis lived in the forest and we needed to search for signs of their encampments. Hiking with an imaginative six-year old is wondrous.
